"No-fly zone" = flying over and bombing your country.
"Department of Defense" = Department of War.
All is well though, as "collateral damage" will be minimal.
"Collateral damage" = death and injury to innocent civilians.
"We need to destroy the village to save it." That one is self-explanatory.
