Tom Cloud: Gold and Silver Supplies are Tight (circa 1980 & 2008) and Fear Is High
I work with Tom Cloud for domestic clients buying bullion gold and silver. He's reputable, been in the physical precious metals business since the 1970's, and has some of the lowest prices in the industry. I am a client, also.
I have clients both big and small. There are no minimum quantities, shipping and insurance are free, so dollar-cost averaging is ideal for retail clients accumulating their physical holdings.

Draghi Says ECB Rate to Stay Low for ‘Extended Period'
While equities and bond markets will view this as bullish, this is prima facie evidence that the currency war rages on. Japan's Abe has ensured the destruction of the Yen--sooner than later with their all-in approach to QE. The Fed will continue to QE--and may in fact, increase QE with weakening economic indicators, despite claims of a recovery. "Tapering" will be a mirage as any reduction or elimination of QE will collapse the too-big-to-fail banks, despite their recapitalization, because they still haven't recognized their gargantuan derivative losses.
China has responded to Japanese export threats with Yuan injections, further blowing up their credit and housing bubbles. The UK appointed former Canada central banker John Carney, who is bent on turning on the monetary spigot even faster with his dovish rhetoric.
The last currency standing will be gold, as central banks are implementing an unprecedented Frankensteinian monetary experiment spiraling out of control.

Gold at a huge premium as imports dry up; survival of small jewellers at stake
This article illustrates the depravity and corruption of the Indian government, robbing its citizens the opportunity to protect their purchasing power caused by the government's debasement of its own currency, the rupee. The cover is that gold imports harm the government's ongoing current account deficit, which of course, is complete hogwash.
The current account deficit is caused by overconsumption and deficient exports, which by the way, is an identical characteristic of the US economy. Gold is naturally flowing to wealth and prosperity--and away from the indebted and insolvent.
The Indian government's misguided attempt to thwart and overtax those natural flows will harm its own citizens, causing gold premiums and black markets to soar (by their own admission).
Meanwhile, the governments and citizens of Russia, China, and other Asian countries continue to hoard gold, respecting its growing monetary role.
One would think India has escaped British colonization many years ago. In fact, the Indian government is colon-izing its own citizens--in every sense.

Gold Trader: “This Is What Has To Happen—To Generate The Conditions Necessary For A Bubble Phase”
I agree with Savage that manipulated markets reverse with violence once the manipulation breaks, but when the manipulators are the world's most powerful banking cartel (central banks and the bullion banks working as their agents), the manipulation can continue far longer than rational thought. They essentially have unlimited funds to manipulate markets, whether it's to prop up equities and bond markets (with QE), or to artificially suppress the precious metals bourses.
But all manipulations must come to an end--by definition, because they are unnatural and repeal the economic laws of supply and demand, which always come true eventually.

Fraud Confirmed: 100-Day Delay To Take Bullion Delivery In London
This would be a good article, except the author confuses the London Metal Exchange (which deals in industrial metals) <click here> with the London Bullion Market Association (which guarantees good delivery of gold and silver) <click here>.
He correctly calls the 100-day delivery delay at the LME as a default, but that doesn't have anything to do with the dwindling inventory of gold and silver in London and New York, although also true.

Gold’s undervaluation is extreme
Long story short: Macleod believes a short squeeze in gold and silver is about to occur, causing prices to soar. The hedge funds will get taken down as the bullion banks, the crooked "smartest guys in the room", have reversed course and positioned themselves long to profit from rising prices.

Gold Bug Bashing, 1976 Edition
I've met Peter, and while he can be self-promotional, his economic forecasts have been accurate--against a sea of mockery by the mainstream financial press. He predicted the 2008 financial crisis, two or three years before it occurred--even as the economist mouthpieces ridiculed him.

Abenomics Update: Domestic Japanese Car Sales Plunge 15.8%
This is a concrete example of why currency wars are destructive. Devaluation may temporarily boost exports, but they induce inflation of goods and services--including imports. Tapped out consumers consume less, and go further into debt.

Lew Says China Needs Market Policies and Stop Spying
This is rich: US Treasury Secretary Lew is lecturing China to stop spying and to free up their markets. Chinese business students laughed in former Treasury Secretary Geithner's face on his first visit to China after his appointment, when he declared the Treasury supported a "strong dollar". They probably aren't laughing anymore, given the NSA was recently caught red-handed snooping on its enemies and allies.
