The Gold Price Reset Will Stun The World In 2014

I've always posited a default in COMEX precious metals futures contracts is a question of when, not if...That time will come--and sooner than expected as physical inventories are rapidly dissipating, thanks to price suppression in the paper markets.

Vaults in London and New York have been emptied, while gold bars have been re-smeltered in Switzerland for delivery to the eastern countries.  The gold ending up in China, India, Russia, and other Asian countries will never see the light of day, as buyers range from central bankers to common peasants with long-term horizons, not day traders with itchy fingers.  Meanwhile, Wall Street and London bullion banks enable the bankruptcy of their respective countries.

"The End Game: 2012 And 2013 Will Usher In The End" - The Scariest Presentation Ever?

This is a re-post.  I agree his scenario is not only possible, but probable.  No one knows for sure, but my predicted timeline is 2013 - 2015 for the big reset of our global monetary system to reset.   Raoul Pal's timeline is certainly more aggressive.

Unfortunately for some, I feel vindicated...

This is not a case of schadenfreude, as I don't relish in this, but I've had many naysayers, including friends and family, who did not agree with my recommendations of home equity planning, and the implementation of index-based annuities and index-based maximum-funded universal life contracts. Unfortunately, it's been "I told you so."

Fortunately, I helped a few other family members and friends escape the majority of the carnage, as the IUL's have a mininum floor guarantee of 1%. The best part is that when the market recovers, they'll be able to participate in the majority of run up as well--tax-free. But avoiding the carnage is huge, and they sleep at nite. Even better is that due to the resetting of the new starting point, the next year going forward should actually give them tremendous upside. So they are thriving even in this perfect storm of plummeting asset values, whether stocks or real estate.
