  1. Mr. Butler has forgotten that there was a default of nickel at the LME in 2006. And ABN Amro defaulted on delivery of client allocated gold. Defaults can and have occurred. When the material runs out, it runs out--quicker if artificially lower prices incentivize buyers. And analyzing GOFO as goofy doesn't qualify as analysis. Other than that, Ted has done a good job of exposing concentration above position limits.
