Stennis departs for eight-month deployment

This will be aircraft carrier #3 which will be parked outside Iran by the end of this month.  No further commentary necessary--other than why haven't the major US media outlets reported this?  Oh yeah, there's that Presidential election thing...and is Snooki pregnant again?
